How long does an order take?
Most orders are completed within 7-14 business days after your artwork is approved. Turnaround time may vary depending on order size, product availability, and the time of year. If you have a deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on the decoration method and product. Screen printing is typically most cost-effective for larger orders, while embroidery and heat transfer are great options for smaller quantities. Contact us and we'll recommend the best solution for your project.
Can you help with artwork and design?
Absolutely! Whether you have a finished logo, a rough sketch, or just an idea, our team can create or refine your artwork to ensure it looks great on your apparel.
Can I provide my own apparel?
In some cases, yes. Customer-supplied garments are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before purchasing apparel so we can verify it's suitable for the decoration method you need.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer. If you're not sure which option is best for your project, we'll help you choose based on your artwork, quantity, budget, and apparel.
How do Team Stores work?
We create a custom online store for your school, team, business, or organization. Customers place orders directly through the store, and we handle the payments, production, and distribution. It's an easy way to offer custom apparel without collecting money or managing orders yourself.
How do I get a quote?
Simply fill out our Get a Quote form with your project details. We'll review your request and send you a personalized quote as quickly as possible. If you have artwork, you can email it to premier.athletics14@gmail.com after submitting your request.
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We offer local pickup at our Tooele location as well as shipping throughout Utah and across the United States.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
No problem! That's what we're here for. We'll walk you through product options, decoration methods, colors, quantities, and pricing to help you find the best solution for your project.
Can I return or exchange custom apparel?
Because every order is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products with approved artwork, custom sizing, colors, or personalization.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or we made an error in production, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
We recommend carefully reviewing your artwork proof, garment selections, sizes, and order details before approving production to ensure everything is exactly as you'd like.
