Because all products are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or correct the item at no additional cost.
